Schedule a Children's Vision Screening
Print Email

Vision problems affect one in 20 preschoolers, and one in four school-aged children. Vision problems in children contribute to learning difficulties and poor academic performance. However, if detected early, most vision problems in children can be treated and prevent permanent vision loss. Each year, POB provides vision screenings to nearly 8,000 children age 3 and older.

The Children's Vision Screening program is available to preschools, private and public grade schools, churches, synagogues, recreation centers, daycare centers, and Head Start programs.
